FAQ — Wayout
Short answers about Wayout. For legal terms, see Terms and Privacy.
- What is Wayout?
- Wayout is web-based quit-smoking program software. You sign in at https://wayout.today. It helps you work with the thoughts behind cravings using in-app tools (including program chat). It is software, not a clinic or emergency service.
- Is Wayout a subscription?
- No. Paid access is a one-time purchase for a defined access period (see https://wayout.today/pricing). There are no recurring subscription charges for the standard plans described there.
- Is Wayout medical advice?
- No. Wayout is not a substitute for professional medical care. If you have health concerns about quitting smoking, talk to a qualified clinician. The program is educational software, not diagnosis or treatment.
- How is Wayout different from nicotine replacement (NRT) or medications?
- Wayout does not sell nicotine products or prescribe drugs. It focuses on inner stories and patterns in software. NRT and medications can be appropriate for some people — that is a decision for you and your clinician.
- What about WhatsApp?
- Paid plans include WhatsApp program coaching. Connect and verify your number in Settings so messages can be delivered. Plain text; what you see depends on your plan and how the product is configured.
- Where are pricing and refunds?
- See https://wayout.today/pricing for plans. Refund and support rules are in the Terms (https://wayout.today/terms), including the refund policy section.
- How do I contact you?
- Use https://wayout.today/contact-us for questions, feedback, or B2B enquiries.
- How is my data handled?
- See https://wayout.today/privacy for what we collect, why, and your rights (including GDPR/CCPA where applicable).
